Analytics for Twitter is a free Microsoft Office Excel 2010 add-in that allows users to query Twitter directly and perform their own analysis. It enables users to identify the top Tweeters, analyze #hashtags and determine the sentiment of tweets. With Analytics for Twitter, users can conduct up to five parallel Twitter Searches, analyze tweets by day, hour, tweeter, hashtag and @mention, and customize their views with slicers, DAX formulas, or reference tables.
